Chinese tech giant Honor has launched a new flagship foldable smartphone — Honor Magic Vs 2 in its country. The latest foldable device from Honor comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, a large 5,000mAh battery with 66W wired fast Charging support. The Honor Magic Vs2 price in China starts at CNY 6,999 (around Rs 80,000) for its 12GB + 256GB variant and CNY 7,699 (around 88,000) 16GB + 512GB storage option. The new foldable phone from Honor comes in three colour options — Glacier Blue, Midnight Black, and Violet Coral. Honor Magic Vs 2 will be available in China from October 17. There’s no word on India availability of Honor Magic VS2 from the brand. According to the company’s website, Honor has used a Luban titanium hinge that supports a robust folding mechanism and the self-developed shield steel material for the smartphone. The Honor Magic VS2 smartphone is equipped with a 7.92-inch LTPO OLED primary display, which boasts Full HD+ resolution and a rapid 120Hz refresh rate. Additionally, it offers a secondary 6.43-inch LTPO OLED screen with the same Full HD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The latest foldable phone from Honor is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor paired with an Adreno 730 GPU, up to 16GB of RAM. The device also 512GB of inbuilt storage. The Honor Magic Vs 2 ships with Android 13-based Magic OS 7.2.\ Honor Magic VS2 comes with a triple rear camera set up, including a 50MP main camera, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 20MP telephoto lens. The cameras on the device also offers optical image stabilisation and electronic image stabilisation support. This book-style foldable from Honor also has a 16MP front camera on both screens for video calls and selfies. In terms of battery, The Honor Magic VS2 smartphone is backed by a 5000mAh battery that supports 66W fast charging
